Yah- So Caribbean

Tucked away in Norwood, Yah-so is serving up all the sweet, spicy, mouthwatering flavours of Jamaica. Whether it’s a night out with friends, a first date, or just a quick, hearty meal — this spot hits the mark. The vibe is warm and intimate, the service is excellent, and the food… let’s just say, it did not disappoint.

They’re also known for their cocktails (and with good reason) — their mixologist is one of the best in the game. My friend, who’s Jamaican, and I both loved our drinks. For food, I ordered the Trench Town Rock (chili & garlic prawns) — solid 8/10 — and the Callaloo Spring Rolls with spicy jerk mayo, which easily gets a 10/10 from me. My friend went for the Mac & Cheese — creamy, comforting, pure Sunday vibes — plus the breaded calamari.

Affordable prices, easy-to-find location, great service, and pure Caribbean energy everywhere you look. It was such a cute night out with my friend, and I’ll definitely be back.
